Network outage in the Datacenter

We sincerely apologize about the issues that occurred. One of our switches failed to respond, causing all servers in the rack to go down. This has now been replaced and your service should either already be online or coming online here shortly. Due to the enormous ticketload, we have not been able to keep up with responding to these tickets and for that we sincerely apologize as that is one of the things we try to always be exceptional at.

In moving forward, if something like this were to occur again we will be posting front and center about any network outages we're facing so that all customers are informed of what the status of their service is.
